Fees

We encourage you to discuss charges or request a written estimate before medical or surgical procedures are performed. We charge a trip fee between $50 and $130 per visit depending upon the appointment location in our service area. We have found our services and products to be competitively priced with the high quality veterinary clinics in the Frederick/Gaithersburg corridor. Some costs are higher because we only schedule one patient per hour and focus only on that patient during that time, unlike traditional clinics which schedule several patients per hour.

The trip fee is charged once per location, thus multiple pets in the same home are each charged an examination fee, but share the trip fee. Also, if your friends or neighbors wish to have their pets seen at the clinic while it is at your home, you can split the single trip fee with them! Please let us know if this is something you are interested in—we need to make sure we have enough time to properly examine each pet.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered (cash, checks with valid ID, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express accepted).
