Scheduling an Appointment

To schedule an appointment, please call (telephone numbers below) during business hours, or send us an email with your contact information. If you are a new client leaving a message or emailing us, please let us know your name, phone number, address, pet’s name & age, and your reason for contacting HPMV so that we can better assist you. Your address allows us to determine our availability and your pet’s needs permit us to allot the proper amount of time necessary for your visit.

PLEASE NOTE—Appointments are scheduled with an estimated arrival time of ±30 minutes. Our arrival time may vary depending upon traffic and the nature of the appointment prior to yours. We try our best to stay on schedule and will phone if we are running early or late. While you wait for your appointment, rest assured that your pet is comfortable in familiar surroundings (where you are able to accomplish things at home)!
